Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, to deliver a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business, adding value in managing and improving the process, quality and recruitment strategy. Involved in the recruitment life cycle in its entirety, including but not limited to: creating job postings and job descriptions, identifying new and innovative talent sources, screening applicants, maintaining a variety of recruitment systems, providing on-going and frequent follow-up with hiring managers & candidates, and tracking the various recruiting efforts with reporting metrics and statistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels including social media, professional networks, and talent pools to build a robust pipeline aligned with current and future business requirements.
- Collaboration with Partners: Liaise closely with recruitment agencies and academic institutions at both local and international levels, fostering partnerships to attract high-calibre candidates and increase the talent pool diversity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and transparent communication with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes are responsive and tailored to specific department needs.
- Candidate Assessment and Selection: Manage screening, interviewing, and assessment stages, ensuring a fair, efficient, and candidate-friendly process while maintaining compliance with organisational and legal standards.
- Offer Management and Negotiation: Coordinate with business partners to negotiate employment offers, compensation packages, and terms that reflect the candidate’s profile and market competitiveness.
- Recruitment Events and Employer Branding: Represent Gamuda Land at career fairs and other recruitment events, promoting the company’s culture and values to prospective employees through engaging initiatives and effective branding strategies.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience, including the conduction of orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and feel supported from their first day.
- Systems and Reporting: Ensure meticulous maintenance of recruitment records and HR information systems, producing accurate data reports and recruitment analytics for management review and continuous process enhancement.
- Administrative Excellence: Uphold high standards in documentation, compliance, and timeliness across all recruitment and HR activities, supporting the broader HR function's effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required to provide a solid theoretical foundation for this role.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (such as CIPD or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience or academic exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management would be beneficial.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying current with recruitment trends and best practices is highly valued.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience
We welcome candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in recruitment or human resources. Previous exposure to talent acquisition within corporate, agency, or consultancy environments will be regarded as an asset.
