Job Summary

Performing all aspects of talent acquisition, employer branding initiative, administrative support and ad-hoc assignments related to TA function. 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition  

  • Liaise with hiring manager / HRBPs on new hiring requests and perform end-to-end recruitment function. 
  • Source (using various e-recruitment platforms, executive search, career fairs, etc.), screen, shortlist and interview candidates for senior executive position and below. 
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, candidate communication, preparation of interview materials and follow-up on interview feedback. 
  • Assist in preparing salary packages and relevant approval documentation and coordinate the issuance of Offer Letters/Fixed Term Contracts and related pre-employment requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Handle onboarding process for all new joiners i.e. prepare New Joiner Onboarding Pack & First Day Orientation and relevant documentation.
  • Involve in post-onboarding or catch-up sessions for new joiners.

Administrative Support

  • Create new/update existing employee personal details in HRIS system for new joiners, transfer/seconded staff. 
  • Prepare relevant TA reports eg. vacancy report as and when required.
  • Prepare payment requisition for TA related invoices and perform back charging if required.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience. 

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills. 

  • Able to plan, organise & coordinate well coupled with good time management. 

  • Possess good initiative and pro-activeness. 

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs & Slides. 

Competencies Required

  • Resourceful and able to work independently.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly in recruitment documentation, HRIS data and reporting. 

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. 

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling candidate and employee information.
