Job Summary
Performing all aspects of talent acquisition, employer branding initiative, administrative support and ad-hoc assignments related to TA function.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Liaise with hiring manager / HRBPs on new hiring requests and perform end-to-end recruitment function.
- Source (using various e-recruitment platforms, executive search, career fairs, etc.), screen, shortlist and interview candidates for senior executive position and below.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, candidate communication, preparation of interview materials and follow-up on interview feedback.
- Assist in preparing salary packages and relevant approval documentation and coordinate the issuance of Offer Letters/Fixed Term Contracts and related pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Handle onboarding process for all new joiners i.e. prepare New Joiner Onboarding Pack & First Day Orientation and relevant documentation.
- Involve in post-onboarding or catch-up sessions for new joiners.
Administrative Support
- Create new/update existing employee personal details in HRIS system for new joiners, transfer/seconded staff.
- Prepare relevant TA reports eg. vacancy report as and when required.
- Prepare payment requisition for TA related invoices and perform back charging if required.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.
