Job Summary

Responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and certify content and measure the use of analytics within PowerBI.
  • To assist in deck preparation for sales reporting & other sales related matters.
  • Gather user requirements and assist in sales system enhancement to ease the users’ daily operation.
  • To monitor and review Sales Commission Program on monthly and yearly basis.
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
  • To assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent and sales award events.
  • Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.
  • Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Sales Administration Staff (if any).
  • Plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures.
  • To manage and delegate responsibilities for central administrative tasks.

-Ariba

  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate/ Business Management / Administration or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Effective communication skills & analytical skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge with logical reasoning.
