Job Summary

Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters.

Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation and negotiation of contractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality service, and favourable contract and credit terms.
  • Build and maintain a reliable vendor network, regularly reviewing supplier performance, pricing, and service standards to ensure best value for the company.
  • Oversee day-to-day office facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing, security, and overall workplace upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements and support business travel programmes when required.
  • Plan and manage timely procurement of office equipment, furniture, and operational supplies to support business needs.
  • Conduct routine inspections, asset tracking/tagging, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper upkeep of company assets.
  • Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree Holder or any other related qualifications.

Skills & Abilities

  • Effective communication skills, good negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in S/4HANA and generally strong technical aptitude are added advantages.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Administration or related fields is an added advantage.
