Job Summary

1. Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters
2. Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration

Key Responsibilities

1. Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract inclusive of credit term for settlement of job done
2. Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers who provide good services, best rates and terms to the company and to review such provision on regular basis
3. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the office and surrounding area, ie lighting, office renovation, plumbing air cond, telephone, office security & courier service etc.
4. Secure office space & monitoring of tenancy agreement
5. Ensure timely purchase of office equipment, office furniture etc.
6. Ensure timely payment to contractors/suppliers.
7. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
8. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Admin or related fields.

Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
