Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive our revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating contracts and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B technology environment and a "hunter" mentality to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, target, and prospect new enterprise clients within key industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Full-Cycle Sales Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM

 

Consultative & Value-Based Selling:

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Gamuda's solutions, aligning them with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Pre-Sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including C-level executives.

 

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to sales management.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or IT solutions industry.
  • A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  •  Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, lead generation, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions to drive business growth.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Abilities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or IT solutions industry.
