Who We Are

Gamuda Land, the property arm of Gamuda Berhad - the monumental nation builder with a spectrum of experience and expertise in engineering, construction and infrastructure concessions. 

Gamuda Land has over two decades of experience in developing townships, high-rise developments, country clubs and commercial centres. Some of its high profile, award-winning projects in Malaysia include Horizon Hills, Kota Kemuning, Jade Hills and Valencia among others; more notably, its international foothold is further strengthened by its overseas projects in Australia, United Kingdom, Singapore and Vietnam respectively, some of which have also won numerous awards. 

GLAM Programme

Our 24-month Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to give you a holistic and purposeful career kickstart through exclusive job rotations and hands-on experiences. With purposefully curated rotations aligned to your core expertise, you'll expand your network across the organization, have opportunities to connect with senior leaders through exclusive networking sessions, and participate in curated workshops to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth with Gamuda Land in Malaysia. 

As a GLAM, you will experience: 

• Purposeful Job Rotations: Gain cross-functional exposure and discover your strengths through tailored job rotations across key functions & projects in Gamuda Land. 

• Mentorship & Development: Learn & work with inspiring leaders who will guide and support your growth as a young working adult. 

• Purpose-Driven Projects: Work on meaningful projects & development that make a real impact on communities and the environment supported by the Gamuda Green Plan. 

About You

You are a recent graduate (up to 2 years working experience) OR final year undergraduate or postgraduate student completing studies (with a CGPA 3.50 or a Second Upper Class or equivalent) in below fields or similar: 

• Civil / Mechanical Engineering 
• Digital Marketing / Strategic Communications  
• Economics / Financial Economics / International Business 
• Business Intelligence & Analytics 
• Software Engineering 
• Architecture 
• Quantity Surveying 
• Horticulture / Plant Biology / Landscape Architecture 
• Finance & Accounting 
• Business Management 
• Psychology 

You are self-motivated, independent, resilient, thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your energetic nature and positive mindset will contribute to your success. A strong command of both written and verbal English is essential. Additionally, proven leadership experience during academic years is an advantage in schooling/undergrad years, it will be a plus point.

This programme is open to all Malaysians and Vietnamese graduates and must be able to commence full-time employment at our Malaysia and/or Vietnam offices, from September 2025 or earlier.
