About the role
Due to multiple project awards, we are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic Senior Contracts Administrators interested in joining DT Infrastructure.
This role is a full-time position reporting to the Project Manager, where you will be working Monday-Friday in our Perth City office.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in implementing appropriate commercial strategies to ensure a successful project delivery, the efficient and effective administration of commercial and contractual matters, and general commercial support and the active day-to-day administration of contracts.
- Demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding HSE, client, people and financial accountabilities.
- Encourage an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
- Encourage and introduce efficiencies that aides in monitoring project performance
- Immediately cease, and report, any workplace activity (including that of other persons) which presents an immediate risk to safety, property or environment.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar Tertiary Qualification.
- 7+ years’ experience in a Commercial role within a large organisation.
- Understand cost components that make up estimates.
- Ability to interpret standards, specifications, drawings and other contract documentation.
- Ability to analyse project and construction risks.
