About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, enabling the effective day-to-day management of responsibilities. The role requires discretion, strong time management, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Based in the Perth CBD office, this role will additionally support the smooth operation of the Perth and Henderson offices by coordinating office facilities, onboarding activities, and internal events, while creating a professional, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Through proactive organisation, polished communication, and attention to detail, the role enhances operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling to ensure effective time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Support general office organisation and ensure a professional working environment.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage office services like property maintenance, office supplies, and courier services.

 

Experience and capabilities

  • Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar PA or office support role (minimum 5 years +).
  • Ability to Manage Confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Proven ability to manage office facilities, including stock take supplies, overseeing kitchen cleanliness, and liaising with external service providers.
  • Experience organising internal events and social activities, ensuring smooth logistics from start to finish.
  • Comfortable supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, such as preparing workspaces, managing equipment distribution and return, and facilitating introductions. Additionally, experience in managing internal communications, such as office announcements is desirable.
