About the role:


We are seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to provide administrative support to the successful delivery of projects by providing timely and accurate administrative support for onboarding and mobilisation activities across DTI project sites. This includes preparing and managing documentation, maintaining mobilisation trackers and databases, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and coordination, the Mobilisation Administrator plays a key role in supporting site readiness and smooth onboarding.

This position is a max term contract to the end of March 2026 with the potential opportunity for extension.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Provide administrative support for the collection, verification, and submission of onboarding and mobilisation documentation for all project personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date mobilisation records, databases, and reporting tools to support site readiness.
  • Support the implementation and administration of systems, including high-volume data entry.
  • Assist Mobilisation Coordinators and the Mobilisation Manager as required, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Support the mobilisation of large project ramp-ups, often involving high-volume document handling and tight deadlines.

Preferred experience/qualifications:

 

  • Minimum: High School Certificate
  • Further training or certification in administration, HR, or business (desirable).
  • Familiarity with data entry, record keeping, and supporting large volumes of documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities and a flexible approach to working hours to meet operational needs.
