About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join the delivery team on the Goulburn River Solar Project. This position is based on the Goulburn River Solar Farm (GRSF) project, on a 14 days on/7 days off roster with accommodation and allowances provided as applicable.
The Project Administrator on GRSF project provides administrative support with day to day workforce operations across the project site. This will include;
- Organise travel and obtain appropriate authorisations.
- Establish and maintain employee profiles for travel.
- Assist with the preparation of various reports required for distribution to both internal and external bodies.
- Assist with on boarding of new staff members.
- Provide support to Operational Leads – HSE, NSW Operations Manager, Human Resources.
Preferred experience/qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing administration related function responding to complaints and dealing with sensitive/or confidential information.
- Minimum 3 years professional secretarial / administrative experience.
- Highly effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use prioritise and work autonomously with limited or no supervision.
- Able to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.
