Job Summary

Strategize and implement talent management and OD initiatives to drive people excellence in the organization.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Talent Management
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments and HRBPs to identify high-potential talents, design talent development plans, and strengthen succession planning.
  • Manage Gamuda Scholarship and other talent management programs introduced from time to time.
  • Facilitate career planning exercises for employees and conduct career conversation as and when required
  • Seek feedback from the Head of Departments on critical skills required and propose relevant leadership development programmes to address the gaps identified.
  • Leverage on the utilization of digital and assessment tools to enhance talent management processes
  • Keep abreast of talent management strategies in the market/ other organizations and tailor to suit Gamuda’s organizational requirement.
  • Lead various talent development initiatives e.g. coaching, mentoring, trainings
  • Improve talent retention

 

  1. Organisational Development (OD)
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support Business Units in aligning organization structures for effective employee management, including competency management through job grading and categorization (e.g. job code, job family, job function etc.)
  • Collaborate with Business Units and HRBPs to drive employee engagement and experience.
  • Facilitate and lead engagement activities/ programs (e.g. corporate induction program, townhall, engagement workshops etc.)
  • Stay updated on organizational changes, fostering the right mindset and culture based on Gamuda Core Values.

 

Qualifications

  • A degree from a reputable and recognised university.
  • Qualification in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.

 

Skills & Abilities

  • ​​Leadership capability and a team player.  
  • ​Creative and able to exchange ideas.  
  • ​Familiar with Personality and Leadership Assessment Tools.
  • ​Good with Microsoft Office.
  • ​Stakeholders’ management and conflict resolution.
  • Good knowledge on talent management, leadership, employee engagement, OD.
  • Capable to network and engage with stakeholders from different level in the organization
  • ​Coaching and facilitation skills.
