Group Account Executive

Quarterly reporting

• Monitoring monthly financial reporting of subsidiary, project, and associates;
• Ensure submission of Monthly Management Reports by subsidiary, associates joint ventures and projects;
• Updating subsidiary templates to Group consolidation;        
• Extracting information comparative/analysis purposes;       
• Update of monthly foreign currency exchange rates;
• Update on-going projects construction. 

Yearly audit and annual report reporting

• Assist in the compilation of group and company financial statement;       
• Assist preparation notes to accounts related to balance sheets and income statements;
• Assist preparing the monthly variance analysis and providing financial analysis on the group financial performance.       

Assist in the preparation of corporate budget and forecast.

Provide support on financial matters and any other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary;

Must have competence in Malaysia accounting standards applicable to financial statements.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification in accounting.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
