Job Summary

Performing all aspects of recruitment, employer branding initative, administrative support and ad-hoc assignments related to TAEB function. 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Liaise with hiring manager / HRBPs on new hiring requests and perform end-to-end recruitment function. 
  • Source (using various e-recruitment platforms, executive search, career fairs, etc.), screen, shortlist and interview candidates for senior executive position and below. 
  • Prepare salary packages for approval, offer letter and pre-onboarding activities. 
  • Handle onboarding process for all new joiners i.e. prepare New Joiner Onboarding Pack & First Day Orientation.
  • Involve in post-onboarding or catch-up sessions for new joiners.

Employer Branding 

  • Involve in coordinating career engagement activities for the year e.g. university/college/ polytechnic campus talks/fairs, career fairs, industrial visits, virtual engagements, student engagement activities, etc as and when required. 
  • Involve in managing the stock of premium items especially for employer branding activities and new joiners onboarding kit i.e. refresh items, select and place order, undertake stock count, and coordinate distribution.  

Gamuda Structured Internship Programme (GIP)

  • Involve in placement of students’ internship in the Group including prepare offer letter, onboarding process arrangement and tracking progress.

Administrative Support

  • Create new/update existing employee personal details in HRIS system for new joiners.
  • Prepare relevant TAEB reports eg. vacancy report, attrition report as and when required.   
  • Prepare payment requisition for TAEB related invoices and perform back charging if required. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to plan, organise & coordinate well coupled with good time management. 
  • Posses good initiative and pro-activeness. 
  • Able to work independently & resourceful.
  • Able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to generate new creative ideas for TAEB function.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.
