Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Your insights and expertise will drive the development and implementation of IT systems that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for IT development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Perform feasibility studies, impact analyses, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Identify and propose improvements to business processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in IT project management.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements management tools.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
