Job Summary

The incumbent is fully accountable for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • To configure digital system to meet respective business units/ projects needs and also HQ requirements
  • To plan and provide training and support to user at respective business units/ projects
  • To identify new opportunities to utilize digital system functionality
  • To research new innovations/ latest trends and propose solutions to transform/ digitize QSHE processes.
  • To generate QSHE dashboards and reporting to Top Management for decision making.
  • Establish, agree and implement the information structure and maintenance standards for digital system.
  • To assist in managing digital system processes and procedures, validate compliance with them and advise on non compliance.
  • Ongoing analysis of new digital system features for implementation into business processes.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Construction or Information Systems related fields.
  • Fresh Engineering Graduates with passion on Digital are also encourage to apply!

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven skills or the ability to rapidly acquire skills in all aspects of software configuration and successful usage of digital system to meet business needs.
  • Proven skills or the ability to acquire skills for the installation of plugins and technical software trouble shooting on workstations, laptops and mobile devices.
  • Ability to work with management teams to develop and adjust business until processes for digital system usage.
  • Ability to monitor and manage users to ensure required usage of digital system according to business protocols.
  • Ability to create online protocol documentation to instruct users on the requirements of digital system usage according to business requirements.
  • Ability to manage staff configuring digital system for infra and building projects.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Construction or Information Systems related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in construction, project management or Information Systems related fields.
  • Fresh Engineering Graduates with passion on Digital are also encouraged to apply!
  • Experience in rolling out Field Management Solution (Autodesk Docs and Build) will be added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication in written and verbal in English.
