Enterprise Solutions Specialist (SAP Concur)

Job Summary

We are seeking for an Enterprise Solution Analyst / Specialist to support various enterprise solutions within the Gamuda group, including SAP Concur, SAP Ariba P2P, SAP Fieldglass. The incumbent will be responsible for system administration, configuration and support tasks of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system administration, configuration, implementation and support for SAP Concur, SAP Ariba P2P and SAP Fieldglass.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation relating to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Attend to the support request from global business operation.
• Provide functional support and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Provide system training for end users during system roll out phase or continuous improvement purpose.
• Assist in developing system Standard Operating Procedures and handle system audit matters on a periodic basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Systems, Engineering or related fields are strongly preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Experience or exposure to SAP Concur / SAP Ariba / SAP Fieldglass / any ERP system are added advantage.
• Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., collaborating.)
• Proven experience in developing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business issues.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Preferably with at least 3 years of related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
