AR/VR Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in deploying and integrating software and systems. As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions are effectively implemented and optimized for our Stakeholders’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Deployment: Install, configure, and integrate software and systems within Gamuda Berhad. Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and seamless operation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives. Translate these needs into functional and efficient solutions.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure system stability, efficiency, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Documentation: Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for clients. Ensure they understand the new systems and any changes made.
• Training: Train staff on the operation and maintenance of new systems. Ensure they are competent and confident in their use.
• Post-Implementation Support: Evaluate system performance post-implementation. Make necessary adjustments and provide ongoing support and optimization services and might involve development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Media Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in software and system implementation.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools (e.g., Unity/Unreal Engine, 3Ds/Maya/Sketchup/ Blender, Three.js).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge on Python, C# and Javascript
• Familiarity with change and implementation strategy and planning process
• Experience with Extended, Augmented, and Mixed Reality (XR,AR, VR, and MR)

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working experience.
