  • Maintain and improve environmental management plans, systems, registers and project reporting requirements
  • Partner with operational teams and subcontractors to identify environmental risks and implement practical controls
  • Deliver environmental training, communications and site engagement initiatives to build awareness and accountability
  • Support sustainability reporting, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives across the project

About You

  • Proven environmental advisory experience within construction, infrastructure, transport, energy or similarly complex project environments
  • Strong understanding of environmental legislation, compliance obligations and environmental management systems
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and environmental risk management activities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence project teams, subcontractors and client representatives
  • Relevant qualifications in environmental science, engineering, sustainability or a related discipline
  • A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong communication and organisational skills
