About the Role:
DT Infrastructure is delivering critical rail infrastructure that keeps Queensland moving. We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team on a major Rail Maintenance Facility and Stabling Yard construction project based in Ormeau, Queensland.
As a Senior Document Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing project documentation across all stages of construction. You’ll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant document control processes that support smooth project execution, collaboration across teams, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end document control process for the project, ensuring compliance with DT Infrastructure’s standards and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documentation using document control systems (such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and InEight or similar).
- Coordinate document workflows including approvals, revisions, and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and training to project team members on document control procedures.
- Liaise with engineering, quality, procurement, and construction teams to ensure document requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare document control reports and ensure traceability and audit readiness.
About You:
- Proven experience in a Document Control role within large infrastructure, rail, or construction projects – ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in document management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, InEight or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with rail infrastructure or major civil construction projects is highly desirable.
