Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor progress to ensure the project is on schedule, within budget and meeting performance targets taking corrective actions when necessary to address and deviations
  • Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Professional promote DTI to existing and new clients
  • Provide visible leadership to engage with and motivate all staff (DTI and Supplier) are engaged with the project or contract and aligned in delivering a successful outcome
  • Closely monitor project costs on a regular basis and take corrective action where deviations from budget occur.

Qualifications

 

  • Must have a Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or similar 
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
  • Computer literate in programs including Expert, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, enabling effective team leadership, conflict resolution, and instruction.
  • Extensive Proven successful Project Management experience.
  • Prior programming and planning experience.
  • This position must have an understanding of the mechanical and railway track operation
