About the role:
DT Infrastructure has been entrusted with the crucial role of managing the design and construction of the maintenance facility at Ormeau, solidifying our position as a key player in infrastructure sector, and building on our Transport delivery experience over the last 10 years across Australia.
We are seeking talented and driven HR/IR Manager Advisor to join the QTMP project and provide HR/IR advice and support to the Project Director and its project leadership team enable the project to achieve the project deliverables through effective people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the full suite of ER/IR activities for the Project inclusive of individual case management review and management of subcontractor ER/IR.
- Provide expert advice on all facets of human resources including performance, employee development and engagement; employee relations, contract/industrial instrument interpretation and management.
- Provide leadership, management and governance regarding project mobilisation, induction and demobilisation activities associated with the workforce plan.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of workforce development / social impact outcomes on the Project.
- Drive a proactive, HR focus across the project and support the development, implementation and maintenance of effective strategies, initiatives and "best practice" processes, procedures and systems aligned with positive construction project outcomes.
Preferred experience/qualifications:
- Bachelor of Human Resources and/ or Business
- Demonstrable and successful ‘hands on’ experience in a related human resources management / Business Partner role operating as an effective HR professional and being viewed as a credible, trusted partner; leader.
- Knowledge and a sound understanding of contemporary HR management and workplace relations.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders/clients to support delivery and create business value.
