Job Summary
Responsible for accounts finance and office administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions. Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial data.
- Performing posting of expenses or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify their accuracy (including invoices, bills or vouchers).
- Assist in Month-end closing and administrative matter.
- Ad-hoc tasks to you by Superior as and when required.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Qualifications
Mininum LCCI Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to handle full set of accounts and preparation of Reports.
- Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge in EPR system will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate with all levels, initiative and able to work independently.
