The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure, road, and rail projects and can manage both the strategic front end bids and tenders and then the operational delivery of complex projects.
As a proven and experienced Senior Project Manager you will play a pivotal role across our growing infrastructure portfolio in NSW.
Key Responsibilities
To be considered and successful in this position you will have the following experience,
- Leading bids, tenders, and proposal development, ensuring technical accuracy, competitive positioning, and compliance.
- Collaborate with estimators, engineers, commercial teams, and partners to produce high‑quality bid submissions.
- Successfully deliver awarded road, rail, and civil infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Manage project scope, program, budget, risk, safety, and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide leadership to project teams and foster a strong culture of performance, safety, and accountability.
- Drive operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered to client expectations and contractual requirements.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the civil, road, or rail sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in bid support, tender preparation, and pre‑contracts activities.
- Strong delivery experience across medium to large‑scale infrastructure projects in NSW. $150 mill +
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities—clients, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of project controls.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor high‑performing teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field
