The Role

Due to continued success and project award, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Planner with local delivery of large and complex projects across infrastructure, construction, engineering, to join the team and provide detailed and accurate expertise in Primavera P6 and Power BI to drive excellence across project planning, reporting, and performance management.
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising integrated project schedules across complex, multi‑disciplinary programs of work. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Produce accurate progress updates, critical path analysis, forecasts, and scenario modelling.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to create clear and actionable project performance reports
  • Provide Project and Construction Management with summary, forecast and exception reporting for the effective execution of Project works
  • Assess the effects of deviations from the project programme for evaluation and action by Project and Construction Management.
  • Contribute to making decisions in relation to work practices, which could improve quality, increase productivity and reduce cost

 

About You

•    Degree qualified with post graduate qualification as well as industry experience in Engineering.
•    Operational experience ideally working on site with strong estimating and project management planning and procedures.
•    A high level of proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 to meet planning requirements.
•    Ability to generate Power BI reports 
•    Strong initiative, self-sufficiency with the ability to build effective relationships across the board.
•    Credible experience meeting deadlines and ability to collaborate to achieve positive outcomes.
