Your Opportunity
Reporting to the National Document Control Manager, you will be based in Sydney and provide support to projects both locally and nationally.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be responsible for the following,
Key Responsibilities
• Implement document control workflows, collate, issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements
• Ensure timely and quality document submissions through proactive management of the process and high attention to detail.
• Implement and maintain an efficient project document control register, database, and information system.
• Proficient with industry standard Document Management Systems such as InEight, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex will be highly regarded
• Ensuring the company’s policies and regulations regarding document control are being met.
• Managing the editing and updating of all company manuals, documents and policies using document management software
• Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Provide software training, guidance, assistance, and configuration.
• Conduct audits of document management systems and records
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Adobe pro, Bluebeam.
• Experience in various Electronic Document Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands
Skills & Abilities
ABOUT YOU
• 5+ years of experience in a Document Control role with a track record of working on large and complex projects.
• Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent) with a number of years’ experience in a Document Control role gained ideally from the construction/engineering sectors
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and across a national team.
• Strives for excellence, delivering a high-quality service at speed.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with high performing engineering team
