The role:
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will provide high quality marketing support to the Marketing and Engagement Manager in implementing strategic initiatives that build awareness for DT Infrastructure. The role develops and executes marketing activities that deliver on our national corporate objectives and complements the broader activities of DTI’s Marketing and Communications team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering the strategic external events calendar (sponsorships, exhibitions, conferences, speaking engagements).
- Coordinate logistics for DTI’s presence at industry events, including liaising with venues, managing booth build, budget, collateral, and staff briefings.
- Manage videography and photography for events.
- Evaluate and report on event effectiveness to optimise budget and return on investment.
- Support various activities, including supplier management, financial processes, and SharePoint oversight.
- Manage industry memberships and other partnerships, including community and charitable relationships.

- Marketing or business-related discipline desirable but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing and communications.
- Previous experience delivering works within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
