THE ROLE

We are seeking a Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Administrator to provide administrative support for the national occupational health & safety, environmental and injury management team.

Reporting to the General Manager HSSE, this is a fulltime permanent position based in our Milton Queensland corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel & accommodation booking management as required
• Ensure administration, document control, filing system, records are effectively managed and organised
• Assist with data collection for EOM reporting purposes (inclusive of environmental data such as National Greenhouse Energy Reporting (NGER)
• Maintain records of lead safety indicators including HSE Observations, Workplace Inspections, D&A Testing Records and Toolbox Talks

ABOUT YOU

• Experience with relevant computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
• Previous experience in the civil construction industry (desirable)
• Knowledge of the OH&S Acts and Regulations (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Well-developed verbal and written communications skills to effectively liaise with internal teams as well as external stakeholders
