About the role

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a Graduate Engineer. This is a site-based position (DIDO) on the Goulburn River Solar project, a major renewable energy construction project, featuring a rostered working arrangement (14/7) with accommodation and allowances provided as applicable. In this position, you will work under supervision to support the electrical engineering and construction function, coordinate quality assurance activities, manage engineering documentation workflows, and consolidate project records. This role provides an opportunity to develop your technical competency in electrical systems, renewable energy installations, and quality management processes while ensuring that project design and delivery meet operational requirements and specified engineering standards.

About the Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program will help you to gain experience aligned to your discipline, take part in masterclasses and an annual conference, as well as receive support from a buddy and career coach. We focus on experience over rotations, giving you meaningful exposure aligned to your career goals.

Experience & capabilities

• In your final year of study or have graduated within the last 24 months from your graduation date at the time of application.
• Completing or have completed a relevant university degree in Civil Engineering
• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism and pride in their work.
• Have a positive attitude and be adaptable.
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with others.
• Be a team player, collaborative and passionate about their own development.
• Hold relevant Australian working rights
