About the role


DTI are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to coordinate and facilitate effective resourcing activities for DT Infrastructure and affiliate companies within Gamuda Group.

Based in our Melbourne CBD office, this position will partner with senior leaders across corporate and project teams to provide strategic and proactive resourcing across Rail, Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables, and Defence sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfil workforce needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and challenging assumptions using data, insights, and best practice.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse business units and affiliate environments, balancing differing priorities and governance requirements.
  • Facilitate hiring conversations where there are complex, competing, or sensitive stakeholder needs.
  • Lead by example, sharing best practices in stakeholder management, sourcing, and recruitment delivery.
  • Support capability uplift through knowledge sharing, peer learning, and quality assurance of recruitment outcomes.

About You

 

  • Demonstratable experience at a Senior Advisor level within the Tier 1 construction industry.
  • Proven experience in broad sourcing strategies with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Ability to manage priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to partner with senior hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
