About the Role
DT Infrastructure, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with Samsung C&T Corporation Australia, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1
We are seeking a Senior Quality Advisor to join us on this once-in-a-generation project. The Senior Quality Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of products, processes, and services meets organizational standards and customer expectations. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high-quality standards. The Senior Quality Advisor will also contribute to training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality construction documentation and systems.
- Support the resolution of NCRs, defects, and punch list items to meet project compliance requirements.
- Work with the Quality Manager, project team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Help manage quality records, material documentation, and completion processes.
- Provide updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.
- Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) are preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001), and tools.
- Experience with quality control techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
