  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and adhered to across projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, engineering audits, and technical governance to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to engineering teams, including performance management, capability development, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Experience and capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
  • Proven experience managing technical delivery across all phases of major infrastructure or building projects.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, contractual frameworks, and interface management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams within large infrastructure projects or programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and client outcomes.
