About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Document Control Manager to join our project team based on-site in Melbourne. This role forms part of a broader centralised document control team, supporting a strong pipeline of infrastructure, rail and renewable energy projects on the East Coast.

Working closely with project delivery teams, you will be embedded on-site, ensuring documentation is controlled, compliant, and flowing efficiently across the project lifecycle. You will also collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to maintain consistency, quality, and performance across multiple projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on within project environments and working closely with delivery teams to support successful outcomes across both infrastructure and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes across project sites.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and construction teams.
• Coordinate workflows with onshore and offshore support teams.
• Ensure compliance with document control standards and client requirements.
• Maintain and support document management systems and processes.

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in document control within construction or infrastructure.
• Experience working across infrastructure and/or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems (Aconex, TeamBinder, Procore).
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator who can work closely with project teams.
