About the role

 

DT Infrastructure, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with Samsung C&T Corporation Australia, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1.

With a strong pipeline of work in renewable energy projects, we are seeking high-calibre Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators in VIC to join us on this once-in-a-generation project.

Working collaboratively with the project delivery team, these roles will support the Procurement Manager and Downstream Contracts Manager in driving end-to-end procurement and contract administration activities across the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring commercial rigour, compliance with organisational and government procurement frameworks, and active day-to-day administration of contracts.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Support procurement and contract briefings, negotiations, and supplier performance reviews.
  • Run end-to-end contract and procurement processes across the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage supplier compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and social procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to actively manage assigned contracts and improve project outcomes.
  • Partner with the project team to ensure HSE policies and contract management policies are complied with.

 

Experience and capabilities:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience in commercial and procurement roles, preferably in major infrastructure or renewables.
  • Experience in conduct of tender process for construction contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, standard form contracts, and turnkey agreements.
  • Proven ability to make autonomous decisions, solve complex problems, and optimize processes.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with industry software such as Ariba, ACC, Candy, or GDOS (Desirable).
