Manager - Project

Job Summary

- Responsible for all engineering related development concept, drawings’ review and design optimization.

- Responsible for the engineering consultant’s procurement and evaluating their performance.

Key Responsibilities

· To shortlist the consulting engineers of the particular discipline to be invited to submit their services, financial proposal and to recommend the consulting engineers for engagement.

· To review the development’s engineering concept with respective engineers.

· To ensure drawings review and design optimization objectives are achieved.

· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

· Consistently advocate sustainable environmental planning into departments.

· Consistently advocate sustainable environmental planning into department’s.

· To demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the quality and environmental management system in the department / project.

· Ensure departmental environmental sustainability target/ KPI are monitores and reported periodically.

· Ensure applicable environmental responsibilities or authorities for relevant roles within its department are assigned, communicated and maintained as documented information.

· Take ownership for departmental processes and ensuring relevant environmental procedure and record are retained/ updated and conforms to the ISO 14001 requirement.

· To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.

· To take responsibility to protect the environment and prevent pollution.

· To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

· Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree in Bachelor of Architecture.

Skills & Abilities

· With architecture and general C&S design knowledge.

· Large development design experience.

· Knowledge of current authorities.

· General M&E design requirements.
