Job Summary
The Manager - Leasing is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company's leasing activities, ensuring the achievement of occupancy and revenue targets. This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing leasing strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a team of leasing professionals. The Manager will work closely with senior management to optimize portfolio performance, enhance market presence, and contribute significantly to the financial success and growth of the real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring efficient lead management, client engagement, and lease conversion processes. Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, rental income, conversion rates, market trends) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental revenue. Lead and conduct complex lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of compelling lease proposals, presentations, and contracts. Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities, including market outreach and networking. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key tenants, brokers, and corporate clients.

Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and effective issue resolution. Manage lease renewals and expansions, ensuring timely engagement with existing tenants.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

An active and valid Real Estate License (if required by local regulations) is essential.

Proven experience in commercial or residential leasing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of leasing processes, market dynamics, and proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and manage a sales-oriented team effectively, including delegating tasks and managing performance and coaching.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (clients, brokers, senior management).
