About the Project: Jinbi Solar Farm

 

DT Infrastructure is delivering the 75MW Jinbi Solar Farm in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, a landmark renewable energy project on Yindjibarndi Country. Comprising around 160,000 solar panels, the project will supply clean, reliable power to Rio Tinto’s operations and play a key role in decarbonising the region while supporting long-term community and economic outcomes.

 

About the Position

 

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor – Electrical to drive day-to-day electrical site operations and lead our field crews to successful project delivery. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising team members and equipment in terms of time, cost, and quality to ensure electrical works are delivered safely and to standard.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise work crews and subcontractors to deliver scopes on time, within budget, and to quality specs.
  • Plan daily work schedules, arrange logistics, and coordinate required materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Enforce WHS compliance, company policies, and quality standards, resolving non-conformances quickly.
  • Lead, train, and manage site personnel to drive productivity, safety, and team morale.
  • Liaise with senior management to align site progress with overall project targets and schedules.
  • Maintain site logs, track daily work movements, and prepare accurate progress reports.

 

 

Experience and Capabilities

 

  • Electrical Trade Certificate and White Card (First Aid/CPR and High Risk Work Licences preferred).
  • 4–5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong skills in workforce management, site planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Solid knowledge of WHS standards, quality systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a self-driven, team-focused, and practical problem-solving mindset.
