About the role

Due to multiple project awards, we now have significant opportunities in the Pilbara and are now seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West region of WA. 

 

This role is a full time position where you will be working on a 9:5 (9 days on/5 days off) FIFO Roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding HSE, client, people and financial accountabilities 
  • Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors  
  • Efficient organisation and supervision of people, plant and machinery resources  
  • Planning works and arranging resources and material required for jobs
  • Liaise with senior Management to ensure all activities/schedules are adhered to 
  • Ensure team members understand organisational objectives, their part in them and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans

About You

  • Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale projects essential
  • Electrical Trade Qualification (WA Electrical Licence) highly regarded
  • Commitment to the environment, quality and safet
  • LV or HV Electrician background - Preferably RTIO or BHP NPI/Camp works experience
  • Outcome focused and thorough understanding of the factors affecting product and result
  • Well-developed people management skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus ensuring profitable repeat business
  • Organising and planning skills
  • Cost control and budgeting skills
  • Managed electrical reticulation/installation of underground cables, and transformers
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Internet and Email
