About the Project: Jinbi Solar Farm
DT Infrastructure is delivering the 75MW Jinbi Solar Farm in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, a landmark renewable energy project on Yindjibarndi Country. Comprising around 160,000 solar panels, the project will supply clean, reliable power to Rio Tinto’s operations and play a key role in decarbonising the region while supporting long-term community and economic outcomes.
About the Position
We are seeking a driven Completions and Commissioning Manager to lead the handover process for the Jinbi Solar Farm.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will implement the project completions strategy, overseeing systems turnover, punch listing, commissioning interfaces, and client handover to ensure all packages meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the project completions, turnover strategy, and handover schedules.
- Coordinate progressive turnover of systems between construction, commissioning, and client teams.
- Manage defect identification, tracking, and punch list close-outs.
- Oversee compilation of turnover dossiers, quality records, test results, and as-built documentation.
- Conduct regular walkdowns and readiness reviews to manage construction and commissioning interfaces.
- Track completion metrics and deliver regular status and risk reports to project leadership.
Experience and Capabilities
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
- White Card.
- Proven experience in completions, commissioning, or handover roles on major energy or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated track record managing completions systems, turnover processes, and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of quality management, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and certification requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multi-discipline site interfaces and client relationships.
