Job Summary

  • Ensure the interior design standards of tenancy lots are maintained byreviewing and providing feedback on tenant design submissions.
  • Establish guidelines for tenancy design, including Interior Design (ID) andMechanical and Electrical (M&E) standards, as well as submissionprocedures.
  • Ensure contractors comply with the Mall/Township regulations throughoutthe Fit Out process.
  • Ensure tenants are able to open for trading on time.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for tenancy lot reconfigurations and upgrades,advising on budget and costing.
  • Manage reconfiguration and upgrade works, including procurement,tendering, and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Design Submissions: Review design drawings submitted by tenantsand provide constructive feedback and comments.
  • Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with other departments to resolveissues or problems related to the Fit Out process.
  • Premises Handover and Site Inspections: Oversee the handover ofpremises and conduct site inspections to ensure the Fit Out progressesaccording to schedule and as per approved submissions.
  • Site Issue Resolution: Assist contractors in solving any on-site issues that ariseduring the Fit Out process.
  • Fit Out Manual Maintenance: Regularly review and update the Fit OutManual and Guidelines to ensure all standards are maintained across allprojects.
  • Retail Design Direction: Provide design direction and guidance for retailinterior design on each project.
  • Landlord Provisions: Maintain and verify records of Landlord Provisions forthe mall.
  • Fit Out Progress Reports: Provide weekly summaries of Fit Out progress torelevant stakeholders.
  • Reconfiguration and Upgrading Feasibility: Advise on the feasibility ofarchitectural reconfiguration and M&E upgrades, providing estimatedcosts for such works.
  • Consultant Liaison: Coordinate with consultants for matters related toTenancy Fit Out.
  • Mall Reconfiguration Management: Manage mall-wide reconfigurationprojects involving tenancy lots.
  • Procurement and Technical Oversight: Oversee procurement and handletechnical matters related to reconfiguration and upgrade works.
