Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions
Job Summary
1. Instil and implement strategic plan for prompt billings and collections.
2. Plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures including retention policy.
3. Ensure the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
4. Identify and implement improvement to smoothen the operation procedures.
5. Ensure management of records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developer’s system is kept up to-date and accurately.
6. Monitor, review and analyse management reports and ensure reports are submitted accurately and timely.
7. Liaison with bankers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
8. Drive and motivate staff to understand the importance of delivering excellent and timely customer service.
9. Cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Sales Administration Staff (if any).
10. Maintain company’s interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.
11. Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers’ and company’s information.
12. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
13. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Administration / Management / Marketing
Skills & Abilities
1. Computer literate.
2. Good communication and supervision skills.
3. Good working knowledge of statutory act related to property development (eg. Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Strata Title Act etc), developer’s computer system
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
1 or 2 years experienced.
