Job Summary

The Executive – Marketing, is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to sales objectives. This role involves assisting with various marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. The Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies, effective communication, and measurable results that support the company's growth and market presence. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, email, events). 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., designers, agencies, media buyers) for the timely delivery of marketing assets and services. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking. 

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging marketing content, including website updates, blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, presentations, and sales collateral. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives. 

  • Manage and organize marketing assets in a centralized library. Support the management of the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring trends. 

  • Contribute to website content updates and basic SEO efforts. Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in a marketing role. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and articulate ideas clearly and professionally. 

  • A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and the ability to contribute to creative concepts and visual content. 

  • Strong ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns. 

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively. 

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and build strong relationships with sales, product, and other departments. 

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 Years and above in relevant working experience
