Job Summary

The Concierge Assistant, Clubhouse Services is responsible for providing exceptional front-line service and administrative support to members and guests within the clubhouse environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with inquiries, facilitating bookings, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of clubhouse amenities and services. The Concierge Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and upholding the high standards of hospitality and professionalism expected in a premium clubhouse setting. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression. 

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously. 

  • Provide accurate information regarding clubhouse facilities, services, events, and local attractions or amenities. 

  • Assist members with various requests, including making reservations for dining, sports facilities, meeting rooms, or other clubhouse services. 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for members and the clubhouse. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. 

  • Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Familiarity with reservation systems or clubhouse management software is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, articulate, and professional demeanor. 

  • Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and interact positively with diverse individuals (members, guests, colleagues). 

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records. 

  • Aptitude for quickly assessing situations, identifying solutions, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
