Job Summary
Gamuda Land is looking for Intern HRBP & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, to deliver a professional and consultative recruitment service to the business
2. Develop and maintain open communication with the team and other key stakeholders.
3. Assist & support Talent Acquisition events such as career fairs, and university engagement activities.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate data in the Talent Acquisition database and other HR-related reports.
HRBP:
1. Assist HR Business Partner(s) in supporting internal teams with people-related strategies and initiatives.
2. Help coordinate and implement HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and training.
3. Assist in drafting internal communications, policy updates, and HR-related documentation.
4. Contribute to employee engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up activities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
6. Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/HR or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya (Damansara Perdana)
- Internship position(s) for duration at least 10 weeks
