About the Project: Carmody's Hill Wind Farm
An exciting time to join DT Infrastructure and work on an Iconic Renewable Energy project in South Australia!
DT Infrastructure has been awarded the full Balance of Plant scope for the Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm project in the Mid North region of South Australia.
The 256 MW utility-scale wind farm, developed by Aula Energy and Renewable Project Services, is scheduled to commence construction in early 2026, with operations expected to begin in late 2028.
About the Position
We're currently looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our project team, based in Georgetown, SA. You'll play a crucial role in managing daily operations on the construction site. You'll ensure smooth communication between project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep the project on track.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of contracts, invoices, and permits. Overseeing site documentation, health and safety compliance and coordinating logistics are essential to efficient site management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Director and project team to ensure efficient site operations

Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation of new employees and subcontractors, including document collection, inductions, and system setup

Maintain accurate employee and subcontractor records, including licences, tickets, and compliance documentation

Assist with timesheet collection, verification, and submission in line with payroll deadlines

Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for site personnel, including roster management

Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier records

Manage site correspondence, including emails, reports, meeting minutes, and general communications

Maintain and update project registers, trackers, and reporting templates

Support HSE compliance by maintaining training records, incident documentation, and compliance registers

Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation processes for site personnel

Liaise with internal departments including HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Commercial teams

Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate document control in accordance with company procedures

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate FIFO rosters, flights, and accommodation logistics
To be successful

Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar role within construction, infrastructure, mining, or renewables
- Safety Administration experience or exposure is highly desirable

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced site environment

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with site personnel, subcontractors, and corporate teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience coordinating mobilisation, travel, accommodation, and onboarding processes (highly regarded)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capability

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
