About the role
DT Infrastructure has been awarded the design and construction of the Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm in South Australia, including both the Wind Farm Facility and Dedicated Network Asset.
The project scope includes 42 Wind Turbine Generators with associated civil works, 33kV underground reticulation, a 33kV/275kV substation, O&M facility, and two permanent met masts. It also involves the construction of 12.8km of 275kV overhead transmission line and the Carmody’s Hill Switching Station.
About the Position
The Senior Supervisor will lead and coordinate activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will provide strong on-site leadership, manage crews and subcontractors, and drive a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
The role will be DIDO from Adelaide on a 2:1 roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple crews
- Manage plant, labour, materials and subcontractors to achieve program targets
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications
- Monitor productivity, progress and quality of works on site
- Plan, organise and allocate daily work activities to crews
- Maintain strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements
- Liaise with Engineers, Superintendents and key stakeholders to support project delivery
- Mentor and support Supervisors while fostering a high-performing team culture

Proven experience supervising civil and/or earthworks construction projects
