  • Champion a strong safety culture while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with project teams, clients and subcontractors to achieve successful outcomes.

About you

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification, with membership of or eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia.
  • Typically 5–8+ years’ experience in electrical construction or infrastructure projects, including managing complex electrical scopes and multiple work packages.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, construction contracts, project controls and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven planning, commercial and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, accountable and collaborative professional who leads by example, communicates effectively and supports the development of others.
