About the role
Join DT Infrastructure’s project team delivering the Carmodys Hill Wind Farm in South Australia.
As Project Engineer – Electrical, you’ll play an important role in coordinating and delivering electrical engineering and construction activities across the project. Working closely with the Senior Project Engineer – Electrical, Construction Manager, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders, you’ll help ensure electrical work packages are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme, budget and quality standards.
This is a site-based opportunity working on a 2:1 roster, offering the chance to build your experience on a major renewable energy project while being part of a collaborative and high-performing delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and administer electrical engineering and construction activities across assigned work packages.
- Coordinate contractors, interfaces and stakeholders to support safe and efficient project delivery.
- Review designs and specifications, providing constructability input and practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor progress, productivity, resources and risks, supporting programme and commercial outcomes.
- Support quality, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement across electrical works.
About you
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in electrical construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing electrical engineering scopes or work packages.
- Strong technical, planning and problem-solving skills, with sound commercial awareness.
- A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach to project delivery.
