Job Summary

The Executive - Project Marketing, Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies specifically for designated projects (e.g., real estate developments, new product launches, large-scale initiatives). This role involves assisting with campaign planning, content creation, digital platform management, and performance analysis to drive awareness, generate leads, and directly contribute to sales objectives for the assigned projects. The Executive will work closely with the Project Marketing Manager and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies, effective communication, and measurable results that support the company's growth and project success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing tailored marketing plans for individual projects, identifying target audiences, unique selling propositions, and key messaging. Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the project to inform strategy. 

  • Collaborate with project development teams to understand project features, timelines, and sales goals. Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., photographers, videographers, copywriters) for content creation as needed. 

  • Create compelling marketing content across various formats, including brochures, flyers, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, presentations, and sales kits. Monitor digital campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics for the project. 

  • Ensure all project marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal compliance. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for projects across digital channels (e.g., social media ads, search engine marketing, email blasts) and traditional media (e.g., print ads, billboards, radio).  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in a marketing role. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and articulate ideas clearly and professionally. 

  • A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and the ability to contribute to creative concepts and visual content. 

  • Strong ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns. 

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing project-specific campaigns, budgets, and events. 

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment, collaborating closely with sales, project development, and external agencies. 

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 Years and above in relevant working experience
