Job Summary
The Executive – Digital Innovation & Database (QSHE) is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems through digitalization and data analytics. This role involves managing QSHE databases, ensuring data integrity, developing insightful reports, and supporting the implementation of innovative digital tools. The incumbent will collaborate with the QSHE Manager and cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, strengthen compliance, and foster a data-driven culture within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize QSHE-related databases (e.g., incidents, audits, training, compliance, risk registers).
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and confidentiality of all QSHE data.
- Develop and implement structured data collection, entry, and validation processes.
- Manage user access rights and system permissions for QSHE digital platforms
- Extract, analyze, and interpret QSHE data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of incidents or non-conformances.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for decision-making and risk mitigation
- Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new digital tools and technologies to improve QSHE processes (e.g., mobile apps, IoT sensors, AI predictive analytics).
- Collaborate with IT and QSHE teams to integrate digital systems, automate reporting, and streamline workflows.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all digital systems and data management practices comply with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and company QSHE policies.
- Participate in audits and reviews to support data-driven quality and safety improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of QSHE data processes and system configuration.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Management, or a related fields.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in database management, data analysis, or digital support roles.
- Strong understanding of QSHE principles and ISO management systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Skilled in data administration, validation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies (IoT, AI, cloud platforms) for safety and quality enhancement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical data into practical insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
